Our pay per click department is experiencing extremely rapid growth and we are looking for a talented PPC / Paid Media expert to join our high caliber team. The Paid Search Manager will strategize and execute pay per click marketing tactics to achieve client goals on Google, Bing, & Paid Social Channels. The individual will work closely with an industry leading team and process while maintaining responsibility for the bottom line performance of assigned accounts.

This role is client facing and requires an individual who can clearly communicate account status, performance and deliverables through phone and email to strengthen client relationships. The candidate should also be analytical and comfortable working with Excel as well as Web and desktop software interfaces to build, organize, and execute changes to large sets of data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC advertising profitability for multiple client accounts in various industries
  • Research client websites – understand business models and marketing objectives
  • Generate keyword lists, write and copy, identify landing pages and setup bidding rules
  • Analyze quantitative data, identify trends, and develop optimization strategies
  • Create and present weekly and monthly client performance reports
  • Proactively communicate and respond to client requests through phone and email
  • Other responsibilites as needed which could include: training new employees, collaborating with sales and account executives, blogging, speaking and presentations,

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing or Equivalent Experience.
  • 2 to 3+ Years Search Engine Marketing Experience
  • Google AdWords Certified, Bing Ads Certified & Google Analytics Certified
  • Client facing experience
  • Experience managing direct reports a big plus
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel

Job Summary

The Senior Online Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation and deployment of high-level SEO strategies for Metamend clientele.

The Senior Online Marketing Analyst will liaise with the Online Marketing Manager and client to ensure that the correct products/services are identified to meet the clients’ needs and objectives and to report on the timeliness and quality of those products/services.

It is the expectation that the Senior Online Marketing Analyst will develop a high-level, operational understanding of our clients’ businesses so that he/she will be able to position our company as a strategic long-term resource in the clients’ search engine marketing mix. The Senior Online Marketing Analyst is expected to successfully perform all duties autonomously with limited direct management oversight required.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Ensuring on time delivery & quality of all SEO work undertaken to meet business & client objectives
  • Coordinating operational workflow with clients, internal team, and contractors
  • Manage the implementation, deployment, and fulfillment of a Statement of Work for each client
  • Manage our clients through the use of a project management system, to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Time tracking for all delivery aspects of the company will be an essential component to the success of this.
  • Manage contractors within budget determined by the President (evaluated quarterly)
  • Enabling smooth transitions from clients’ initial signature on a contract through to regular implementation and term fulfillment
  • Identify further opportunities to expand the services offered, maintaining a commercial focus at all times
  • Analyzing client websites, web analytics, ranking and other metrics to determine effective SEM strategies
  • Develop and maintain policies for Quality Assurance, Workflow, and all other aspects of delivery to Metamend clientele
  • Communicating with clients about high impact SEM strategies
  • Relay technical delivery requests to SEO Technicians
  • Train SEO Technicians to perform requested tasks
  • Work in conjunction with service delivery team for the improvement and development of new services
  • Organize monthly service delivery meetings meant to address issues or advance service offerings
  • Quality Control – evaluate, adjust, and redirect the SEM teams efforts and campaigns as necessary
  • Work closely with account execs, developers and designers on SEM initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • Google Analytics experience and certifications
  • Google Webmaster Tools experience and certifications
  • Understanding of search ranking factors
  • Experience in both on and off-site optimization
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
  • Report writing skills

  • Excellent HTML skills
  • Advanced understanding of website usability and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of various content management systems and ecommerce platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various SEO programs/tools/web development software.
