Todd Hooge oversees the business operations and day-to-day management of the company. With over 20 years of experience managing tech-firms, Todd’s mixture of experience and entrepreneurialism add to his reputation as one of the quiet innovators in the search marketing sector.
Todd’s professional portfolio includes: computer programming, website design, web development and team management. He has successfully planned, produced and administrated several large international web properties, including the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Polio Eradication Initiative, and the United Nations (UN) funded site, “The Communication Initiative”.
My career In Online Marketing began in 2002, back in the days of Dog Pile and Overture Keyword Tools.
I know “Online Marketing”. For me this statement means:
- Complete understanding of domain and website values. The ability to evaluate how much a site is worth, and systematically increase its value.
- Complete understanding of outsourcing and in-house development of Organic Search, Paid Search, Social Media, Conversion Optimization, Content Promotion and Brand Protection – from both a technical and strategic level.
- The ability to speak to it all. Read a little HTML or CSS, understand FTP and CMS access. Know how to identify issues by simply looking around and running some tools.
- Understanding of lead automation with programs such as Pardot, Marketo and Hubspot. In-depth knowledge of other industry tools such as Wordstream, Sreaming Frog, Majestic SEO and MOZ Tools.
Bottom line – I have the ability to identify and fix every issue that can arise online; the ability to run with current strategies while trying to create new ones.
I believe that not all Search begins with Google – there’s Social Media, Voice-Activated Search, App searches, searching TripAdvisor or Craigslist, to name a few.
I’ve got experience protecting the online investments of venture capital companies such as Bain Capital, Alpine Investments, Jordan Company and RocketShip Capital.
I’ve developed Site and Analytics Audits for companies such as Encyclopedia Britannica, Merriam Webster, MIT, Zoll Medical and Schneider Electric.
I understand business and what it needs to grow as well as I understand people and what they need to grow.
I have watched this industry go through SEO to PPC to SEM and RM for SMB’s. In the end it has always been about providing transparent, unbiased advice on what is working now and what will sustain your marketing initiatives in the future.
I Love Watching Things Grow.
I’m an entrepreneur. I have an international formal education, which I got before I learned that being self-taught is more important. I make the internet suck less. I help business that are already making money make more money. I show decision makers how to make more money by being good at the internet.
I’m good at what I do. I’m easy to get along with personally. I’m loyal almost to a fault. Even though I’ve got a great poker face, I’m honest. I’m lysdexic so if you see a typo in my profile now you know why. I like data. I like data a lot. I use science, research, empirical observation and testing to answer questions you thought ask. If you’re willing to ignore everything you think you know about the internet, I’ll consider working with you. I know what I don’t know – You don’t know what you don’t know.
Every client that I work with sees a direct and measurable ROI. Some clients make more than others. If you have a product or service that people want or need… I will bring you paying customers.
